Processing of personal data

Personal data means any information relating to a natural person that can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors.

7. When we issue a temporary pass ("with escort" or "without escort") for any of the restricted access areas at Sofia Airport, we collect and process the following personal data:

  1. Names: /first name,second name and surname/;
  2. Personal Identification Number/ Personal Foreigner’s Number;
  3. Place of birth;
  4. Citizenship;
  5. Mobile telephone;
  6. Address;
  7. Position at the legal entity submitting the application;
  8. Information about the labour/civil contract of the person to whom a pass is issued (date, duration);
  9. employment history, to the extent permitted by law;
  10. specimen signature of the authorized person;
  11. Type of activity the person will perform;
  12. Location of the activity in the security areas.

 

 The information is provided directly by you or your employer. In case some of the information is missing, you may be refused a pass.

 

8. When we issue a temporary pass for a vehicle, we collect and process the following personal data:

  1. Registration number;
  2. Vehicle brand;
  3. Vehicle model;
  4. Vehicle’s users;
  5. Name and specimen signature of the authorized person.

     

The information is provided directly by you or your employer. In case some of the information is missing, you may be refused a pass.

 

9. Video recordings – Video captured images used to protect all visitors, our employees and property. We will make video recording of your image if you visit a place where video surveillance is available (both in public and restricted access areas).

10. When you apply for a job published at www.sofia-airport.bg, we collect and process the following personal data:

  1. Name;
  2. E-mail address (if provided);
  3. Telephone (if provided);
  4. Information about education and qualification;
